The Public Real Estate Collaborative Network – PuREnet – is a common interest group established among the various bodies who manage Public Real Estate Properties at European level.
PuRE-net was established as association on January, 14th 2011 in Prague.
PuREnet runs its activities through a collection of annual meetings focused on different topics, a number of technical work groups and the extensive use of the web to build close relationships with the driving elite of the real estate industry at the most senior level.
The active participation of the members' senior executives, ensures PuREnet is a genuinely representative cross-border forum and policy-making tool.
PuREnet aims to provide the European public real estate community with effective and continuous leadership in matters of common interest. PuREnet will encourage discussions regarding issues impacting the Public Real estate industry both within the network and with the appropriate Governmental and regulatory bodies.
PuREnet represents a think tank where members grow through sharing, mentoring and problem solving to provide leadership in the responsible use of land and buildings and support complex planning and development projects, programmes and policies.
Besides bringing people together, PuREnet aims at providing information – through the examination of key trends and issues – and share best practice drawing upon the knowledge and experience of its members to encourage and recognise excellence.
The network relies heavily on its members experiences, reflecting a full range of disciplines, who operate through a number of specific working committees which bring together people from different countries, traditions, cultures and sections of the real estate community. The main objective being to harmonise standards, to integrate work procedures and to synthesize a single European public real estate reference framework.
On a free basis, professionals with multi-disciplinary backgrounds, will give their best efforts to help achieve PuREnet 's common goals, expressed in the mission statement.
