Following the success of our event last November in Riga, we are delighted to invite you to be part of this year’s working table, which will take place in October, in Oslo. Please join us for our second working table when will review the theme of Improving Stakeholder Management.

About the event
Please join us for our second working table when will review the theme of Improving Stakeholder Management.
The opportunity will be taken through the event to share knowledge about new approaches, lessons learned, experiences of what worked well/what didn’t work well on projects, emerging trends, challenges that have been overcome, new guidance and ‘products’, and what good looks like. All to enrich our collective understanding of how we can improve.
Location
The event will be hosted by our colleagues from Norway, in Oslo. The structure of the event will be broadly similar to what we had last November in Riga. We propose to gather for informal drinks on the Sunday evening, have conference sessions and a site visit on the Monday, and conference sessions and (possibly) a site visit on the Tuesday.
Arrangements are being made for hotel bookings and this will be confirmed in good time.
