Working Table on Construction

This is our first event on construction and with a focus on improving how we deliver our construction projects. It is an opportunity to connect with each other’s experiences, discover alternative ways of doing things, share the issues we are facing, and how we have dealt with complex issues, to share lessons learned, and what we find to be useful processes, tools, and techniques in practice, and provide knowledge on emerging trends. We hope to get a mix of contributions from you as participants, which would ideally be based around a case study on a project or examples of approaches in use.

The Working Table will view ‘ delivery’ as being the end-to-end process of a project - from early project initiation, project planning and development, through implementation, project completion and handover, and project evaluation.
