Annual Conference 2026 – welcome to Vilnius

Vilnius invites you this autumn to see the city from a different angle – not only as an inspiring capital, but as a vibrant and constantly evolving real estate ecosystem full of character and diverse flavours. In mid-September 2026, from Wednesday 16th to Friday 18th, the city will host a conference bringing together real estate management professionals looking for ways to create value, manage portfolios more efficiently, and move forward with greater confidence. The event is organised by Turto bankas, Lithuania’s Government Property Agency, bringing a strong public-sector perspective to these conversations.

Over several days, participants can expect a relevant and hands-on programme: from developing mixed-use areas and transforming former public assets, to urban planning, community engagement, and building long-term sustainable value. A strong focus will be placed on innovation – especially the role of artificial intelligence in real estate management: how it is reshaping processes, supporting decision-making, and becoming part of everyday work. Alongside thematic sessions, practical workshops will offer the chance to test real tools for project planning and contract analysis.

In this context, Vilnius reveals itself as a dynamic laboratory – a city where history meets forward-looking solutions. From the Old Town to new multi-functional developments, from public buildings to innovative neighbourhoods, it offers a living example of how strategic asset management can create thriving urban spaces.

The aim of the conference is not only to share experience, but to build a common understanding of where real value lies in real estate management – and how to unlock it. Participants are expected to leave not only with fresh ideas, but also with practical tools to move from pilots to effective everyday practice.

Join us if you want to be part of the change – registration is now open. Vilnius is ready to welcome you with ideas, dialogue, and inspiration to create more.

NB: the invitation to the Annual Conference has been shared via the PuRE-net primary contacts, including information on how to register.
